Black Templar Razorbacks

Finished the Razorbacks for my Black Templars. These were all 2nd hand old reclaimed rhino models, stripped of layers of paint (they were globs.. I stripped them from Dark angel green through blue to red..) had to do a lot of filling, replace door panels/hatches, add FW turrets.. it was a long project that started and stopped but now they're done and ready to crusade in the Emperors name.

Plague Marine Brother Ghosh

His name is Brother Ghosh, and after a hard days work
spreading the joyous word of Papa Nurgle,
 he likes to enjoy a relaxing soak in a septic tank.

Plague Marine Brother Septimus

Brother Septimus enjoys his role as squad specialist. He may end up as a puddle of goo if his weapon malfunctions, but after every battle he is lovingly scooped up in a bucket by nurglings.. and within a few hours he has regenerated back to his old self.

Noxious Blightbringer Brother Spucus

Hearken to the pealing bells, for merry old Brother Spucus

 brings a glorious bounty of noxious infections to bestow upon thee!

One of the new Warhammer 40k Death Guard Nurgle models.

Noxious Blightbringer armed with a cursed plague bell,

 plasma pistol and a tocsin of misery. It's certainly got a lot

of character, and the details are incredible, kudos to the designer.

Having a lot of fun just mixing right off the palette and trying to

create some rich colours and effects to make the model interesting.

Foetid Bloat-drone

A very fun painting project for the Nurgle chaos marine faction.

Lots of  interesting  mechanical , gruesome details

 and surface weathering using acrylics and oils.

'...a huge, buzzing machine held aloft by rusted turbines

– armed with plaguespitters and a plague probe.'

We nicknamed this monster 'Buzzz Blightfear'
